Below are some of our frequently asked questions to help you with any you might have…

  • We welcome well-behaved dogs in select rooms, but kindly request that they remain on leads in public areas at all times.​

  • We have 2 charging points for all electric cars available in our car park if you need it. There is a small fee directly paid in the app, and once your car is fully charged we ask you to move it to a regular parking space.

  • Smoking and vaping aren’t permitted anywhere in the building. Ashtrays are provided outside on the benches. Please make sure cigarettes or cigars are extinguished properly.

  • Free parking is available for all our guests in the The Master Builder's car park, and you can get to us directly through the hotel reception.
